What you'll do
- Respond to client support requests via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, networking, and printer issues
- Set up new user accounts, email, and equipment for onboarding
- Document solutions and update our knowledge base
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in IT support or helpdesk
- Strong communication skills — you can explain things without jargon
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Patience. Lots of patience.

What you'll do
- Manage and monitor client servers, networks, and cloud environments
- Handle escalated technical issues from the helpdesk team
- Implement security policies, backups, and disaster recovery plans
- Onboard new clients — assess their environment and get them set up
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years in systems administration or MSP environment
- Strong with Windows Server, Azure AD, and networking (VLANs, firewalls, VPNs)
- Experience with RMM and PSA tools (ConnectWise, Datto, etc.)
- Certifications a plus: CompTIA Network+, Microsoft, Cisco

What you'll do
- Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of managed clients
- Run quarterly business reviews and IT roadmap sessions
- Identify opportunities where we can help clients more
- Coordinate between clients and the technical team
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years in account management, client success, or similar
- Understanding of IT services (you don't need to be technical, but curious helps)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in an MSP or B2B services company is a big plus

What you'll do
- Perform on-site installations, repairs, and network setups
- Set up and configure workstations, printers, and networking equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues at client locations
- Represent PoliteIT with professionalism and friendliness
What we're looking for
- 2+ years hands-on IT experience
- Comfortable with networking: switches, access points, cabling
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- The kind of person clients are happy to see walk through the door
